Real estate

Citizenship-approved real estate opportunities.

Approved property purchase is a qualifying route to citizenship in every Eastern Caribbean programme — as a whole-property acquisition or, in some developments, a fractional share.

What we do

Advice on the property, not just the application.

A qualifying purchase is still a property purchase. We look at both halves: whether it satisfies the programme, and whether it is a sound asset once the holding period ends.

  • Confirming a development is on the government's approved list, and remains so at the point of purchase
  • The minimum qualifying value, and how it differs from the price
  • The mandatory holding period, and what can be done with the asset during it
  • Rental performance, management arrangements and running costs
  • Resale into the programme once the holding period has run
  • Title, closing and the local legal work

Current opportunities

Approved developments change. Ask us for what is available now.

Rather than publish a list that dates, we will send you the current approved developments that match your budget and objectives, with the qualifying thresholds that apply on the day you ask.
